Tom Howe
Group Managing Partner

Tom Howe

Tom originally started his career working within the marketing and creative arena, helping global brands achieve success through measured strategic solutions. After several years working for various agencies and also launching his own, his passion for people saw his career evolved and move him into recruitment.

Today he is the CEO for the Jefferson Talent Group and the Managing Partner for Hamilton Locke, supporting and advising businesses on their growth strategy through people centric solutions, including talent acquisition, merger and acquisitions, wellbeing management and HR support services.

Mark Davies
Senior Partner - UK & EMEA

Mark Davies

Mark has been a marketer and an in-house designer. He’s bought merchandise for luxury drinks brands and sourced marketing agencies for a global mobile phone company. Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Mark spent almost four years delivering transformational procurement projects for the Sky Group, across their Marketing, News and Sports functions.

His experience has spanned various categories, territories and industries and gives Mark the insight and knowledge to understand the marketing business and the people who work within it. He’s now calling on this expertise to advise businesses on procurement and source influential talent.

Natasha Kenny
Senior Partner

Natasha Kenny

Natasha is a seasoned Global HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist, who has extensive experience working within the communications industry both internationally and in the UK. She started her career with the advertising agency Ogilvy & Mather, and has spent 17 years working with leading Advertising and Marketing agencies both large and small, specialising in helping them source talent as well as getting the best out of their people.

Due to her vast experience, Natasha understands both the personalities that work in the marketing sector and the pressures being dealt with by management teams on a daily basis. She continues to source the right people for leading marketing and digital agencies around the world, as well as helping individuals shape a career in an industry that she is deeply passionate about.

Ana is a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist and Careers Coach, who has focused on the marketing and creative arena for well over a decade.

With her vast knowledge within the UK marketing and creative arena, Ana has had the pleasure working with some of the most innovative agencies and talent around today.

Whether she is helping shape creative teams, advising talent on their career progression or brokering merger and acquisitions. Whatever your needs, Ana is a highly trusted advisor and holds all conversations in the strictest confidence.

Rachel Cooper
Chief Financial Officer

Rachel Howe

Rachel has over 15 years’ experience in accountancy and financial management across a wide range of commercial industries and services including marketing, FMCG and recruitment to name but a few.

More recently though Rachel has immersed herself within the thriving recruitment and marketing agency sectors. Managing all financial and growth strategy matters, as well as valuation and planning.

With her combined background in management, project accountancy, commercial strategy and team leadership, Rachel is an integral part of our global business and oversees all group divisions.

With the financial teams diverse experience, they are able to support our client’s growth plans in the short, mid or long term. No matter what the end goal is.

Caroline Elsdon
Financial Controller

Caroline Elsdon

Caroline has a wealth of experience working within the Marketing and Recruitment sector, managing all financial matters including business valuations, reporting monthly figures – P&L, budgeting & forecasting, managing accounts payable and receivable as well as payroll and team management. Caroline also performs a crucial role for the Merger & Acquisitions Team, and is heavily involved throughout the business. Regularly keeping us all in check, we almost certainly couldn’t function without her. That’s why we’re delighted to have her on board as a key member of the management team!
