A new breed of consultancy
Jefferson is more than just a recruitment consultancy. We are a collective of talent acquisition specialists, researchers, analysts, coaches, mentors and business advisors. All coming together to help both businesses and individuals to create and define success in their own vision.
Our clients come in all different shapes and sizes from start ups to some of the biggest names in the world. To that end we tailor our services based on their requirements. Some may only require access to our Talent Acquisition Teams, others may wish to take advantage of our advisory services. Whether that be merger and acquisition, business strategy, organisational design, change management or mental health and wellbeing. We support our clients every step of the way.

These three words shouldn’t need to be highlighted. Rather it should be a given that all businesses practice this. However to be clear, we support an open and honest working environment. This includes our PR and marketing and the way we engage with both our clients and candidates.
For instance, we offer easy access to our annual salary surveys so that both clients and candidates can identify where they sit on the industry salary benchmark. In addition we also apply fair play rules whereby all client fee rates are exactly the same. And thats for everyone regardless of the size of business, the search assignment or relationship. We do this to stamp out favouritism towards higher paying clients. For us a persons career or business shouldn’t be swayed or influenced based on fees.

Jefferson is built around a work life balance. Whereby you can work as much or as little as you wish. There are no set hours, you choose how much holiday you wish to take and you can work from any location, providing you are able to operate within the time zone you are allocated.
When joining Jefferson you don’t have to worry about new business or KPI’s (apart from the ones you set yourself). We just need to know how you like to work, what you’d like to earn and your sector knowledge experience. The rest you can leave to us.
